Our heating cables are engineered to handle a wide range of applications, including maintaining process temperatures, preventing pipe freezing, providing long line heating, ensuring flow assurance, maintaining hot water temperatures, de-icing roofs and gutters, melting snow on surfaces, preventing frost heave, and delivering reliable floor heating solutions.

HSRL Self-regulating Heating Cable provides safe, reliable heat tracing for freeze protection of pipes, valves, tanks, and similar applications. Constructed of industrial-grade 16 AWG buss wire with a tinned copper braid and optional over jacketing. HSRL ensures operating integrity in Class I, Div. 1 hazardous environments and in certain corrosive industrial environments. HSRL heating cable has a maximum maintenance temperature rating of 150°F (65°C).

HSRM High Temp Self-Regulating Heating Cables for Division 1 Areas
HSRM self-regulating heating cable provides safe, reliable heat tracing for process temperature maintenance and freeze protection of pipes, valves, tanks, and similar applications. Constructed of industrial-grade 16 AWG buss wire with metal braid and a fluoropolymer over-jacketing, HSRM ensures operating integrity in most hostile industrial environments. The 420 °F (215 °C) maximum exposure temperature rating allows steam cleaning of process equipment with up to 300 psi steam.
