Daniel Venturi Tube
DANIELĀ® VENTURI TUBE
The Daniel Venturi Tube provides a dependable and low-maintenance solution for differential pressure flow measurement in a wide range of fluid applications. Its rugged, streamlined design eliminates sharp edges and abrupt transitions, making it particularly well-suited for services that contain solids, particulates, or slurries.
The Venturiās gradual converging and diverging profile helps prevent material buildup and fouling, allowing the meter to maintain stable and accurate measurements over long operating periods with minimal maintenance.
Another key advantage of the Venturi design is its extremely low permanent pressure loss. By minimizing pressure drop across the meter, operating and pumping costs are reduced, making it an excellent choice for low-pressure systems where only small differentials are available.
These meters are commonly used for measuring gas, liquid, and steam flow and are widely applied in industries such as oil and gas processing, petrochemical production, power generation, and water and wastewater treatment.
