DANIEL® SIMPLEX SINGLE-CHAMBER ORIFICE FITTINGS

The Daniel Simplex Orifice Fitting is engineered for smaller pipeline applications where dependable differential pressure flow measurement is required. Designed for both gas and liquid service, it delivers accurate and repeatable performance in accordance with AGA Report No. 3, API 14.3, and ISO 5167 standards.

Its unitized construction features a plate carrier that is permanently attached to the sealing bar, allowing the sealing bar, carrier, and orifice plate to be removed together as a single assembly. This design enables operators to perform quick plate inspections and replacements without removing the fitting from the pipeline.

Because the orifice plate can be serviced without spreading the flanges, maintenance is faster and safer while minimizing system downtime. The design also helps prevent gas leakage or liquid spills that can occur with conventional flange-style orifice installations, reducing both operational risk and maintenance costs.
