The Daniel Senior Orifice Fitting is a proven differential pressure flow measurement solution designed for accuracy, reliability, and ease of operation. With more than one million units installed worldwide, it remains one of the most widely used technologies for gas and liquid flow measurement, delivering precise results in compliance with AGA Report No. 3, API 14.3, and ISO 5167 standards.

Its industry-leading dual-chamber design allows operators to safely and quickly change orifice plates while the pipeline remains under pressure. This capability significantly reduces maintenance time, improves safety, and helps prevent costly unscheduled shutdowns.

A precision plate carrier maintains excellent plate alignment and concentricity, minimizing measurement uncertainty and ensuring repeatable performance. The design also allows the fitting to be installed in either horizontal or vertical pipelines, providing greater installation flexibility.

Unlike conventional orifice flange installations, the fitting eliminates the need for additional bypass lines or extra block valves. This simplifies installation, reduces overall system cost, and enables faster commissioning of the metering system.
