DANIELĀ® FLOW NOZZLE

The Daniel Flow Nozzle is a versatile differential pressure flow measurement device designed for demanding, high-pressure applications. Combining the simplicity of an orifice plate with the hydrodynamic advantages of a Venturi-style profile, it provides reliable and accurate measurement in systems with high velocities and elevated temperatures.

This design is particularly well-suited for challenging services such as steam, gas, and liquid flow, making it a common choice in power generation facilities, refineries, and process plants.

The Flow Nozzle features a gradual converging profile that improves flow characteristics and increases capacity compared to traditional orifice plates. This geometry also helps deliver greater measurement accuracy while maintaining a compact design that can be easily installed between standard pipe flanges, simplifying integration into existing piping systems.
